Harolds Hotel Cebu

Rooms are decent by western standards.

The staff is ok but the management is cheap. Only two tiny water bottles per day in the room, refused to give more. Wouldn¿t honor my free welcome drink ticket as I wasn¿t able to make it to the rooftop bar until the 2nd night of a 7night stay.

Clean , convenient to area and friendly helpful staff

Location

Food was ordinary and expesnsive. They put us in a room with 2 small beds. We expected one large bed.

Spacious room, decent view, great breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff. Street food and a liquor store are just behind the hotel.

Air conditioner was dripping water at times. Staff promptly fixed the plugged drain when it was brought to their attention. Windows definitely needed washing.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Food at the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent. Room had a great view and was quiet. The storage and table space was perfect. The roof top bar had a great view.

One of the main reasons I would stay there again is because of the staff. i was thoroughly impressed with the restaurant staff. I believe it was Tuesday evening when I met the restaurant manager. I would rate her and the employees a 10. Great job!

The view from the room was not the most appealing, but I understand that is out of your control.

For the price I doubt there is a better deal in the city, even beats the Radisson Blu in my opinion as far as quality per dollar.

A taxi is required to go most places, however they are cheap and is a short distance from most places and the staff will hail one for you.

Public party nearby was very very noisy (Cannot sleep).

The property was very nice clean and a nice restaurant downstairs and a rooftop bar. Also centrally located next to the Ayala mall. Will certainly return.

I liked everything about the property if you want to be super picky it’s noisy outside, but that’s not the hotel fault

Terrace is a nice option. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is diverse and good

Terrace doors did not lock and windows were not soundproof

Polite and helpful staff, bed was great and room was clean and spacious. Location was great.

Its a bit old and sound insulation was not good. I can hear noise from the vehicles.

Breakfast option, simple and good to have for quick one. All staff is very friendly & helpful.
